Historic Chapel
Magnolia Hill Chapel has a rich history dating back to 1790 when it was first built by the Doub family. Originally named Doub’s United Methodist Chapel, this historic building was relocated to its current site in 1909. The chapel has been meticulously renovated from top to bottom, preserving its vintage charm while incorporating modern amenities. With its stunning architecture and intimate ambiance, the chapel will offer church services (once occupancy is complete in the new fellowship hall). The legacy of the Doub family continues to be a cornerstone of our community, with many descendants still residing in the area.
New Fellowship Hall
Complementing our historic chapel is a newly constructed building located at the rear of the property. This versatile space is designed to accommodate larger gatherings and will be an area for worship.

My husband and I embarked on the renovation of our charming chapel and the brand new fellowship hall 28 months ago, and what an incredible journey it’s been! Nestled in Pfafftown, NC, our beautiful white chapel has undergone a complete transformation—new roof, updated electrical system, modern bathrooms, a new septic tank, a spacious catering kitchen, refinished wood floors, and stunning new lighting fixtures. The chapel seamlessly connects to the kitchen and the expansive Great Room, which now features custom murals.
